Jobs in India 2018



1.इंडिया स्किल ने हाल ही में अपने संयुक्त सर्वेक्षण की एक रिपोर्ट जारी की है. रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक साल 2018 नौकरी के लिहाज़ से 2017 की तुलना में काफ़ी अच्छा साल साबित हो सकता है.

2.संयुक्त सर्वेक्षण में व्हीबॉक्स, पीपुल्स स्ट्रोंग, एआईसीटीई, सीआईआई, पीयरसन, यू.एन.डी.पी. और ए.आई.यू शामिल हैं.

3.सर्वेक्षण के मुताबिक 2018 में 2017 की तुलना में Jobs की संख्या 10-15% ज्यादा रहेगी.

4.भारत में 2018 में Companies लगभग 5 लाख 10 हज़ार Jobs provide करा सकती हैं.

5.रिपोर्ट के अनुमान के मुताबिक दिल्ली, गुजरात और आंध्रप्रदेश में सबसे अधिक Jobs उपलब्ध होंगी.

6.IT हब के रूप में बंगलौर इस साल भी सबका Favourite रह सकता है.

7.स्किल्स के हिसाब से दिल्ली के युवाओं को सबसे योग्य माना जा रहा है.

8.बेरोजगारी से इस साल कुछ मुक्ति मिलने की संभावना जताई गयी है. रोजगार की दर 2017 के 40.44% से बढ़कर 2018 में 45.60% तक पहुँच सकती है.

Key Term Description
A.English Comprehension: The ability to understand the written text and communicate effectively through written documents.

B. Deductive Reasoning: The ability to make inferences and decide actions based on data containing multiple textual instructions and simple symbolic rules.

C. Inductive Reasoning: The ability to learn and to derive objective rules based on specific instances of a rule’s application.

D.Agreeableness: This refers to social conformity, cooperativeness, friendliness, and helpfulness. It is a ”big five” personality trait.

E. Information Gathering & Synthesis (IGS): The ability to collate, comprehend, and evaluate information from multiple sources to make inferences and draw objective conclusions, and determine the appropriate course of action.

F. Extraversion: This is defined as the disposition toward the outer world sociability, talkativeness, and assertiveness.

G. Emotional Stability: This is defined as the ability to stay even-tempered and face stressful situations without getting upset.

H. Quantitative Ability: It is defined as the ability to understand basic number system, i.e., fractions, decimals, negative, positive, odd, even numbers, etc.

I. Software and IT:  Software and IT comprises of job roles such as Support Technician, Software Developer, Networking Engineer and Systems Analyst. In addition to having requisite domain knowledge, they are also required to possess a certain level of reasoning and quantitative ability.

J. Sales: Sales is a crucial job function for any business as it results in the generation of revenue for the organization. The key skills needed for someone to be a successful salesperson are logical ability, soft skills such as agreeableness and ability to influence others by rational discussions.

K. Customer Service: Customer service is the support and advice provided by an organization to its customers in order to assist them and ease their buying experience and post sales queries.

L. Marketing: Marketing is a function that designs and implements the promotion strategies for a business, including activities like market research and advertising. This requires skills that are less likely to be matched incompetence by automation techniques. Some of these skills are creativity and a highly rational thought process.

M. Core Engineering: Core engineering comprises of various engineering domains apart from software and IT. These include but may not be limited to electrical engineering, civil engineering, and mechanical engineering.

N. General Management:  General management comprises of roles that require leadership and management of an enterprise as a whole, such as Business Managers, General Managers.

O. Analytics and Consulting:  Analytics and consulting is the practice of assisting organizations in improving their operations and processes through the analysis of existing issues and developing improvement plans.

P. Accounting: Accounting comprises of recording, summarizing, analyzing and reporting financial data. An accountant is required to be highly logical and innovative, as the job requires them to constantly learn the new developments in policies and processes.

Q. Operations Management:  Operations management comprises of tasks conducted in order to design and control business processes efficiently so as to ensure smooth production and/or delivery of services or products of an organization.
